• Belt-drive spindle is standard with speeds of 8,000 rpm.
• The spindle runs in 4 high precision angular contact ball bearings assuring long term accuracy and maximum rigidity and stability.
• Rapid traverse rates on 3 axes are 30/30/30 m/min which effectively reduce non-cutting time. Equipped with high sped, high rigidity and heavy duty type linear ways for increasing circle cutting rate, feed rate and fine milling quality. When compared with box-way models, this machine saves considerable non-cutting and tool change time while greatly upgrading efficiency.
• High speed swing type pallet change greatly reduces waiting time during pallet change. pallet change is quickly accomplished in only 7 seconds, providing high efficiency and automation features. The pallet's rotation is driven by a hydraulic system combined with rack mechanism, assuring high repeatability and positioning accuracy.
• The column is a "A" shape box type construction and the column face is increased to upgrade machine stability.
• The interior electric cabinet is an isolated design, which separates heat generated by the electric control. The front part of the electric cabinet employs a heat exchanger for dissipating heat and preventing external dusts from entering. The rear part employs a fan for dissipating heat from the hot board
• The swing control panel not only meets safety regulations but also allows for operational convenience.
• The table is fully supported throughout the entire travel without over-hang problems.
• Y-axis motor is mounted on back side of the machine for reducing machine thermal deformation problems.

• The right and left tap guards are fully enclosed to absolutely avoid coolant splashing out and increasing convenience for waste gas handling
• The grease lubrication system has low pollution and low consumption features. It not only provides outstanding lubrication, but also meets environmental protection requirements. The lubrication system reduces waste coolant problems due to a mixing of oil and coolant, while extending the service life of coolant and saving production cost.
• Independent mounted air reservoir provides a constant and stable quantity of air to the machine. The additional air reservoir prevents unstable air supply from affecting tool change motion and air system operations.
