• High speed swing type pallet change greatly reduces waiting time during pallet change. pallet change is quickly accomplished in only 7 seconds, providing high efficiency and automation features. The pallet's rotation is driven by a hydraulic system combined with rack mechanism, assuring high repeatability and positioning accuracy The base and column are one-piece constructed for superior machine rigidity and accuracy and optimal stability
• Direct-drive spindle is standard with speeds of 10,000 rpm.
• Rapid traverse rates on 3 axes are 36/36/36 m/min which effectively reduces non-cutting time. Equipped with high speed, high rigidity and heavy duty type linear ways for increasing circle cutting rate, feed rate and fine milling quality. When compared with box-way models, this machine saves considerable non-cutting time and tool change time while greatly upgrading efficiency.
• Three axes ball screws are pretentious and supported by high precision angular contact ball bearings. Servomotor directly drives ball screws for backlash free performance and reducing power transmission loss to a minimum. This feature also results in outstanding rigidity and accuracy of structure
• The spindle runs in 4 high precision angular contact ball bearings assuring long term accuracy and maximum rigidity and stability
• The column is an "A" shape box type construction with increased bottom face to upgrade machine stability.
• Rigid box type structural parts combined with extra wide span between slideways. Multiple slideways design provides extra uniform support and proper binding on all mating surfaces. This feature exhibits the best dynamic accuracy of cut.
• The spindle features floating tool releasing which eliminates impact force against the spindle bearings during tool releasing. This outstanding feature assures long service life of bearing and the spindle accuracy. Timing belt drive ensures high accuracy for rigid tapping. Circulated cooling system for spindle reduces spindle thermal deformation to a minimum during high speed running
• The table is fully supported throughout the entire travel without over-hang problems
• Y-axis motor is mounted on back side of the machine for reducing machine thermal deformation problems.
